Email support@milespie.com. A person reads it — it isn’t an auto-reply address.

When reporting a problem, include your iOS version and app version (at the bottom of the settings page). That usually saves a round trip.

How do I sign in?

Buy Milespie on the App Store on your iPhone, open it and tap Sign in with Apple — that creates your account. There’s nothing else to sign up for.

To use it on a computer, go to milespie.com/login and sign in with the same Apple ID. You’ll see the same trips. An Apple ID that has never signed in in the app can’t sign in on the web.

I got a new phone

Download the app again on the new phone (the App Store won’t charge you twice) and sign in with the same Apple ID — your trips sync back. On the old phone, Settings → Sign Out is enough; nothing gets deleted.

If the old phone is already gone, you don’t need to do anything.

Does it work without a connection?

Yes. Itineraries live on the phone, so in airplane mode you can still read them, edit them, and open the QR codes for your travel documents — those images are downloaded ahead of time during sync.

Edits made offline queue up and are sent once you’re back online. Place search needs a connection, so that one doesn’t work offline.

Where is my data?

Under your own account on Cloudflare, and in the local database on your phone. The full list is in the privacy policy.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or the Account page on the web. It permanently deletes the account and every trip, attachment and ticket image on the server. It can’t be undone.

The app you bought on the App Store isn’t affected — sign in with Apple again afterwards and you get a brand-new, empty account.

The copy on your phone goes when you delete the app.
